Relationship Manager
Building positive connections with Lemi partners
As a Relationship Manager at Lemi, you will be working alongside the Business Development and PR & Marketing teams to establish and maintain partnerships with businesses, educate them about Lemi and its mobile application, and identify opportunities for potential sales.
What you will do
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Lemi and its products
- Identify key contacts at potential partner businesses to establish and foster a relationship
- Make cold calls or send cold emails based on targets set by the company
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with businesses
- Follow up on requests for meetings
- Maintain good relationships and maximize the value of existing partners
- Track number of new and existing partners each month to meet KPIs
- Understand the problems and challenges of partners and identify ways Lemi could address those needs
- Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing partners
- Provide excellent service in order to maintain Lemi’s positive reputation with businesses
- Resolve any concern or conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets set by the company
What you need
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Keen analytical and research abilities
- Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards

Full Stack Web Developer
Building the Lemi website
As a Frontend Web Developer at Lemi, you will be working alongside our Creative Director and Chief Technology Officer to code, design, and layout the company’s web platform and blogs.
What you will do
- Build the Lemi web platform from concept to delivery
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
- Collaborate with Creative Director to match visual design intent
- Create responsive designs that work well across mobile, tablet and desktop breakpoints
- Create website layout and user interface with standard HTML/CSS
- Create frontend scripts using modern Javascript/ES6
- Write backend code using modern Node.js interacting with a MongoDB database
- Use preprocessors such as Jade/Pug and LESS to reduce boilerplate code
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases
- Test the website on supported desktop and mobile websites
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Lemi website
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in web programming
- Good programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Familiarity with Node.js is a major plus
- As parts of the site are built on WordPress, experience with WordPress is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards
